Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all Quilling tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
